We want you to love every step. If something isn't right, here's how to return or exchange it.
Unworn sneakers in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Shoes must be in brand-new condition with all tags attached.
1. DM us on Instagram with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and the return address.
3. Pack the shoes securely in their original box and ship them back.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund within 3–5 business days.
Need a different size? Start an exchange the same way — DM us on Instagram with your order number and the size you'd like. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and shipping is free.
Worn, altered, or damaged sneakers cannot be returned. Final-sale and clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong pair. In those cases, DM us and we'll make it right.
